We have been visiting the Coffee Centre for quite a while lovely food and friendly staff , always a chat and smile while we are there..Reasonably PRICED good quality food. ONLY downfall for me lately is that the toilets are upstairs, [ iv aged]. BUT that wont put me off as the FOOD is thr reason for being in there even having a sandwich with side salad plus a bowel of chips is more than filling.. WE CANT fault any meal we have had or SEEN in there All the girls are good but Delyth and HEATHER we have known the longest.. SO IF you really want a proper cuppa GO THERE..

Used to love going here, but recently everything about this place has been disappointing. The food is 'supermarket cafe' quality, the small plates can barely contain your main meals, the drinks prices are ridiculously high for this type of establishment and service is mainly slow and poor especially when it seems the staff would rather gossip amongst themselves Avoid. There are better places that deserve your money.

Well I cannot believe what I have just read about the Coffee Centre Llandudno !!!! I have been going there for years and I have ALWAYS had good service and the staff are well mannered and cannot do enough for the customer !!! I presume the complainants would rather eat in one of the many fast food outlets, served by pimperly faced staff who couldn't give a damn !!
Funny though how it is always difficult to find a free table in the Coffee Centre. They must be doing something right !! -

Very expensive for tiny overcooked portions, the veg in particular was about a nano seconds cooking time away from being a soup, it was lamb but the only way to realise that was because of the mint sauce.
Drinks were horrendously expensive - £1.60 for a pot of tea for one person, and to add insult to injury the tea bags barely coloured the water. The cost of a good quality tea bag - even at retail shop prices is barely 2p each, surely it's not too much to expect that an efffort is made. The days of this type of 'service' have long gone it's time to wake up and smell the coffee, but not your own I would suggest. -

After eating here with my family for 4-5 years, I am dissapointed that it has gone downhill in the space of 12 months.
The food is generaly very good, but eyelashes in your hollandaise sauce, the unwillingness of staff to break off a chat with workmates to give service, and being told twice within 10 minutes that I would have to wait a further 10 minutes for a coffee although the place was near empty sorry, but I will not return.
